This three part workshop series is focused on providing our service industry providers with more tools, resources, and practical applications for creating a positive, professional workplace culture while also delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Learn key adaptive and emotional IQ skills for working with others
- Learn to listen so customers (both internal and external) feel heard
- Learn the behavioral styles mode - a model for deepening our understanding of ourselves and how to meet the needs of others
- Learn the C.A.R.E model for creating positive customer experiences and tools for deescalating difficult situations
- Learn the mindsets and behaviors associated with receiving feedback
These workshops are interactive, fun, and lifelong skills that benefit all aspects of our life. Each training is different and although designed in succession, each are stand-alone sessions.
