That's a Wrap on Oktoberfest 2025!

The taps are off and the tents are coming down as the Chamber wraps up three unforgettable weekends of Oktoberfest.

This year we welcomed visitors from nearly every corner of the U.S.—all but eight states—as well as guests from around the world, including Australia, Germany, India, and Brazil.

We are deeply grateful to the City of Leavenworth and our incredible local businesses for their partnership and support. A heartfelt thank you also goes out to the 150+ people who helped bring this event to life—we truly could not have done it without you. And finally, our sincere appreciation to Phoenix Security and the Chelan County Sheriff’s Department for keeping our celebration safe and welcoming for all.

Each session offers a unique focus—designed to complement one another but also valuable on their own—so you can join any workshop without needing to attend all three.

Reminder - Downtown Halloween Trick-or-Treat Map

If your business plans to hand out treats on October 31 from 3:00–6:00 p.m., please reply by Friday October 24th let us know — these hours are required to be included on the map.

Holiday Hours Needed

We’re already getting inquiries from visitors planning their holiday trips to Leavenworth — and they want to know who’s open! Please send us your hours for the following days so we can share them on our website and social media:

Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day

We will be publishing these lists by the first week of November, so the sooner we have them, the sooner we can help visitors plan their shopping and dining stops downtown!

Chamber Board of Directors

The Chamber Board will be filling three open positions this November during our annual elections. The positions are for two year terms, 2026 and 2027. If interested, a brief interview with the nominations committee will be scheduled in the next few weeks in preparation for a slate of candidates being offered to membership on November 21st.
