Oktoberfest Vendor Applications Now Open
|
It is time to think about Oktoberfest! Vendor applications are ready. In an effort to represent all Chamber members, we will rotate through members who want to participate and whose established Leavenworth brick-and-mortar business aligns with the fall, Oktoberfest, or Bavarian theme. If you have not yet joined the Leavenworth Chamber, you may still apply, but be aware that if chosen, you will be required to join.
Applications are due by MARCH 15th. You must apply again even if you participated last year. Decisions will be made by April 15th.

At long last, it's almost time to open and celebrate the new Welcome Center at 645 Front Street. Save the date of Saturday, February 14th - more details to come (and when we are sure we can pull it off!)

February Love from Leavenworth Promotions!
|
We’re excited to share that our February “Love from Leavenworth” promotions are already off to a strong start! The online calendar is live, promotions are rolling, and we’re seeing significant early engagement.
If you haven’t jumped in yet—good news—there’s still time. Please take a moment to check the webpage. If you have any promotions, events, or special offers, send them to Jessica this week, and she’ll still add them.
Shop Your Little Heart Out in Leavenworth
To help encourage midweek retail traffic, this promotion will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays in February.
Guests who spend $100+ at participating retailers (receipts may be combined across stores) can redeem a hand-sculpted glass heart at the Visitor/Willkommen Center while supplies last. Participants are also entered for weekly prizes.
Staff will be out tomorrow delivering flyers to the window displays of participating retail shops.

Ad space for the 2026–2027 Premiere Leavenworth Destination Guide is now available. This is a great opportunity to renew your ad or secure space for the first time in a guide that reaches millions of Leavenworth visitors in both print and digital formats.

Leavenworth Community Wildfire Resilience Meeting

The Chumstick Coalition invites you to an informative evening focused on wildfire preparedness and prevention.
Topics will include:

Practical risk reduction actions for home and business owners

An update on the Leavenworth Community Wildfire Defense Grant

Aviation and wildfire response presentation by the U.S. Forest Service

This free community event is open to all and designed to provide helpful, actionable information to better prepare our area for wildfire season.
