Mountain Sprouts Children’s Community, a local non-profit nature school, is proud to host the third-annual Summer Shred kids & family bike race event at Ski Hill on June 6, 2026, 8am to 1pm.
The Summer Shred features courses for all skill levels, strider bike and up, as well as a relay race for adults and teens (costumes encouraged!). New this year: a kids’ bike parade, including kids riding in front-mounted child bike seats, and an adults-on-kid-bikes race. Families can also enjoy face painting, tie-dye, bike decorating, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other families in the community.
