Road Work US 2- West of Cashmere from June-October
|
WSDOT is currently paving a 5-mile stretch of US 2 between the Big Y interchange (milepost 104) and two miles west of Cashmere (milepost 109). The project runs through October 8, 2026, and delays are expected along this corridor throughout the summer and fall. The road remains open — this is routine pavement restoration, not a closure For detailed information visit the WSDOT site.

Is Your Business Showing Up When Travelers Ask AI?
The way visitors find businesses in Leavenworth is changing. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google "where should I eat in Leavenworth" or "pet-friendly hotels near Leavenworth WA," the answer they get is built directly from Google Business Profiles — not always websites, and not ads. If your profile is incomplete or out of date, you may simply not appear in that answer at all. The good news is this is one of the easiest things to fix, and it's free. We put together a plain-language guide covering what to check, what to update, and why it matters more now than ever.
