Calling member non-profit organizations. Help the Chamber of Commerce staff the Festhalle and assist this holiday season for our Christmastown festivities and help your organization earn money!

For 2025, we have five programs ranging from $2200 - $3500.  Although a fun and festive attitude is required, experience with flying reindeer is helpful but not necessary.  

The Chamber's General Membership Meeting will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on November 20th at Bushell & Bee.

At the event you will be able to meet the candidates for the board, get an update on the Chamber's plans for the holidays and 2026.

To highlight the work done over the summer by the Leavenworth Recreation Ambassadors, attached you will find the End of Season report.  The report spans the program timeframe of 6/21 to 9/7 and contains program information, challenges, notable media attention, data and survey collection results, marketing, PSAs and more.

Here are some of the 2025 program statistics. 

• Non-Profit Volunteer Organizations: 13

• Grants Distributed to Organizations: $45,167

• Total Volunteer/Staff Hours: 1,020 (492 Trailhead, 528 River)

• Total Interactions: 29,010 (+123% from 2024)

• Total Cars Counted: 17,671 (+134% from 2024)

• Surveys Conducted: 1056 (New for 2025)

• Total Gallons of trash picked up: 3819 (+28% from 2024)

Chamber Members, being on the Visit Leavenworth map is included in your membership.

Why are there two downtown walking maps?

We often get this question and periodically remind members that there are two walking maps in town. One produced by the Chamber of Commerce and another by company "The Locals Map," based out of LaCenter WA.  

Some notable differences are that the Chamber map does not contain any advertising and is printed now in the spring and the fall. Our map also has QR codes that take people to more information and member listings on our website, Leavenworth.org.

We have had several members reach out about how to help with food drives and supporting our local food pantry. We reached out to Upper Valley Mend who has put together a wonderful page on different ways you can assist and help.

Downtown Businesses on pedestrian only Front Street and Commercial between 8th and Division, you are eligible for 3 free hours of the boom lift when you assist with decorating. 

We have time slots beginning this week and next;  November 10  - 13. The hours available each day are from 7:30 a.m. ending at 4:00 p.m.

If you would like to reserve a time slot, please contact us asap for more details.

It is time to start preparing your 2025 Christmastown Gingerbread House for our annual competition! A first, second, and third-place winner will be announced for each of the following categories: Elementary, Middle, High School, adult and nonprofit.
